					<description>You don't have to use wheat bran, if its hard to find, I am lucky enough to find it at my local health food store, and i have also seen it at the supermarket. Here they call it wheat germ. I have have also used a mix of ground up seeds, grains and nuts like quinoa, linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds.</description>
