Memories of Miss Memory

Ikebana is the Japanese art of flower arranging, is influenced by buddhism and has been practiced for over 600 years. Yesterday I took a crash course in Ikebana at my local library, and had a brilliant time learning the fundamentals of making beautiful and striking arrangements. Here is a picture of my first attempt. I am totally hooked!
